The Medicine Proper is a five-year study of basic and clinical sciences, humanities, and internship. Only those applicants who have obtained their Baccalaureate degree (Bachelor of Science or Arts) by the end of the school year 2017-2018 or earlier might be eligible.
3) If any students want to study in this college, they will have to pay Php 1500* as Application fees which are Non-Refundable.
4) Students also need to show ORIGINAL/OFFICIAL Transcript of Records for at least the first three and one-half (3-1/2) years of Baccalaureate Program. For the Int-armed applicants, the Fourth year high school report card for at least 3 grading periods must be submitted.
5) Four passport size Photograph of 2×2 size signed by the applicant on the front of the picture.
6) Students have to submit a Certified true copy of NSO Birth Certificate.
7) Applicants who have obtained their Bachelor degree during the first semester or earlier are encouraged to submit their complete application before the deadline to facilitate the processing of their application.
8) Lastly, All above documents need to be submitted in a long brown envelope with your printed name surname first) written in pencil only.
